Norwegian Transparency Act

The Norwegian Transparency Act came into effect on July 1, 2022, with the aim of promoting transparency within the Norwegian business community by ensuring public access to relevant information concerning how enterprises address adverse impacts on fundamental human rights and decent working conditions.

In compliance with Section 5 of the Norwegian Transparency Act, MPC Container Ships (MPCC) has released its Transparency Act Statement for 2023, which can be accessed below. Furthermore, MPCC adheres to a set of core governing documents that outline our management and compliance practices concerning human rights and decent working conditions. These documents include:

  • Business Partner Guideline
  • Human Rights Policy
  • Code of Conduct
  • Human Capital Policy
  • Health and Safety Policy
  • Ship Recycling Policy

At MPCC, we place great emphasis on corporate governance and transparency. We firmly believe that transparent communication is essential in building trust and fostering enduring partnerships.
