Careers
MPC Container Ships ASA prioritizes its people, recognizing their crucial role in the company's success.
This commitment reflects in various aspects of our organizational structure, strategy, and dedicated efforts toward employee well-being both onshore and at sea. Our people have a dynamic mindset and a strong ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders worldwide.
At MPC Container Ships, maintaining a positive workplace culture is fundamental. We aim to be an employer of choice, investing in our workforce and ensuring a professional and safe environment for all. We entrust seafarer crewing to third-party managers who adhere to international codes and conventions, ensuring qualified and experienced personnel onboard.
We are always interested in talented people
MPC Container Ships offers a fast-paced work environment in an industry of changing environmental and operational dynamics. We think and work globally, and throughout our offices in Hamburg, Oslo, and Rhoon, our onshore staff play pivotal roles in ensuring compliance, managing logistics, and supporting vessel operations. We work with outsourced crewing and technical managers to maintain the highest safety standards and operational efficiency.
Our continued success depends on the commitment of every employee as we work to achieve results that benefit our investors and society at large. We strive to develop a stronger, smarter, and more agile organization by hiring people who are better than us, always with the notion of being the best for the team, not necessarily the best in the team.
We welcome open applications from all people who share our motivation.
