MPCC: Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026

Oslo, 16 April 2026: The annual general meeting of MPC Container Ships ASA (the "Company") will be held on 7 May 2026 at 12:00 CEST as a virtual meeting.

Only shareholders registered in Euronext Securities Oslo (VPS) as of 29 April 2026 (the "Record Date"), being five business days prior to the general meeting, are entitled to attend and vote. The deadline for registration of advance votes, proxy appointments, and voting instructions is 5 May 2026.

To participate, shareholders must log in at https://dnb.lumiconnect.com/100-727-663-161 before the meeting starts. Shareholders who have not logged in by the time the meeting opens may attend but will not be permitted to vote unless votes have been submitted in advance.
