MPC Container Ships ASA: Registration of share capital increase

Oslo, 2 July 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by MPC Container Ships ASA (the "Company") on 30 June 2026, whereby the Company announced the allocation of 44,370,027 new shares (the "Offer Shares") in the Company, raising gross proceeds of approximately USD 107 million (the "Private Placement"), and that the board of directors of the Company had resolved to issue the Offer Shares pursuant to the authorisation granted by the Company's annual general meeting held on 7 May 2026.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the Offer Shares has today, on 2 July 2026, been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). Following the share capital increase, the Company's share capital is NOK 488,070,306, divided into 488,070,306 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.00.
